ToDos in Notion

So you discovered Notion and you fell in love with it. You first started using it to keep your bucket list but your love grew quickly and now you’re using it for your work as well and your life starts becoming more structured, just as you like it.

The more you use it the more it becomes clear to you that you should be structuring most of your data in the form of a database. Eventually you end of having several pages (eg. Ad-Hoc meetings, 1:1s, alignments, etc…) each containing a database with your action items.

The very first thing you set out to achieve (have more structure) becomes your enemy. You end up having 205 different ToDo databases.

Have no fear! I do have a workaround.

Why not create a new page called ToDo which contain several Linked Databases pointing to all of your individual Action Item tables.
